Terms of Service

Authorized use

The workspace is for legitimate business operations on behalf of the Customer only. You may not probe, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security controls; copy or scrape the application except as allowed by law; or use the service in violation of applicable regulations.

Accounts

Accounts are issued at the Customer's discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for safeguarding your credentials. The Customer may suspend or terminate access at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share accounts or credentials with unauthorized persons;
• Upload malware or unlawful content;
• Use the service to harm individuals or organizations, or to violate privacy or data-protection obligations;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where mandatory law permits.

Data and confidentiality

Customer data remains the Customer's responsibility. You will treat non-public information accessed through the workspace as confidential in line with the Customer's policies and your employment or contractor agreements.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Automated calculations, reports, and exports are aids only; the Customer remains responsible for decisions, disclosures, and regulatory filings.

Changes

ArKev Lending Solutions Inc. may update the product and these terms. Continued use after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance unless your agreement with the Customer says otherwise.
