Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 16, 2026. This notice describes how ArKev Lending Solutions Inc. ("we", "us") treats information in connection with this web application—an internal workspace for authorized personnel.
Who this applies to
This application is not a public consumer service. It is intended for owners, administrators, and staff you authorize. If you do not have an account issued by your organization, do not attempt to access the system.
Information we process
Depending on how your organization uses the product, the workspace may process:
- Account data — such as your work email and name, for authentication and auditability.
- Operational data — such as client, loan, collection, savings, and reporting information entered by your team in the course of business.
- Technical data — such as security logs and session identifiers required to run and protect the service.
How we use information
We use processed information only to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the workspace;
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access;
- Support troubleshooting and compliance obligations your organization may have.
Storage and security
Data is stored in systems configured by your organization (for example, your Supabase project and hosting provider). Technical and organizational safeguards—such as encrypted transport, access controls, and database rules—should be applied per your security standards. Your administrators are responsible for provisioning accounts and removing access when staff leave.
Your responsibilities
Keep credentials confidential. Report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator immediately. Do not upload or enter data you are not permitted to handle under your organization's policies and applicable law.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact your organization's data protection or compliance lead. ArKev Lending Solutions Inc. may update this policy as the product evolves; material changes should be communicated by your administrator.
